At Esoteric Metal Prints, every order is prepared with care. Most of our products are made to order, which means we take time to produce each piece before it ships.

Production time

Our current production time is typically 2–5 business days.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to make a change to your order? Please contact us within 4 hours of placing it at support@esotericmetalprints.com.

Because many of our products are made to order, we may not be able to make changes once production has started.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email when available once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@esotericmetalprints.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
