At Esoteric Metal Prints, each order is made with care and prepared for shipment as efficiently as possible.
Order processing and production time
Most items are made to order, which means your purchase may require production time before it ships.
Current production times are typically 2–5 business days, but may vary depending on:
- order volume
- product type
- customization requirements
- material availability
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us at support@esotericmetalprints.com within 4 hours of placing your order. Because many of our products are made to order, we may be unable to make changes once production has started.
Shipping time
Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to:
- carrier delays
- weather
- holidays
- incorrect shipping information
- other circumstances outside our control
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
If your order qualifies for a free shipping promotion, that offer will be shown on the website or at checkout when applicable.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@esotericmetalprints.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution if the damage is confirmed.
Lost or delayed shipments
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, shipping performance is outside our direct control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help you review tracking information and next steps.
Domestic shipping
We currently ship to the United States.
International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
